Rigoberto simply known as Rigo, has been with ListenTrust since 2018. Starting his career path as an agent in our Bosleycampaign. He comes with experience of over 11 years in the call center industry, taking roles as: Agent, QA, supervisor and handling a management position. And now as an operations Manager where he oversees our different customer service campaigns. On his free time Rigo enjoys listening to music, playing video games, and spending time with his friends and family.
