SMS Opt-In Process for Listen Trust
At Listen Trust, we ensure that all users provide explicit consent before receiving SMS messages. Below is our SMS opt-in process:
1. Opt-In
Users provide their mobile number as a part of their consent to receive customer care or appointment booking when they call in
Users are provided an option to provide their consent to an opt-in, confirming they agree to receive SMS communications.
After entering their number, a confirmation SMS is sent, as outlined above.
2. Double Opt-In Process (Optional, for Additional Compliance)
To ensure explicit consent, after a user submits their number via web or text, they receive a confirmation SMS asking them to reply “YES” to confirm subscription.
Example Message: “Reply YES to confirm your subscription to Listen Trust SMS updates. Standard message and data rates may apply.”
3. Data Collection and Storage
