Jeeva has 25+ years of Operations and Finance experience, working with companies of various sizes in several industries. His recent experience includes 3 years with a large multibillion publicly traded BPO, where he served as a business unit CFO for $350 million of worldwide business.

He is intensely focused on ROI for ListenTrust clients as the key metric for success. Focused on team building and bringing out the best in others is the foundation to great stories, true gratification and ultimately, enhanced business performance.

Over his career he has been fortunate to:

Tom Sheppard

Chief Revenue Officer

Tom is currently head of the growth elements of the business: Sales, Marketing and Client Services. His experience working at a multi-billion dollar distribution services company enables him to help smaller companies scale their growth to the $80MM+ realm.

Tom has close to 20 years experience in the Direct Response Television (DRTV) space and is widely recognized as a trusted expert in support services for direct-to-consumer marketers, and has been instrumental in helping marketers bridge the understanding gap from DRTV to pure-play online advertising and vice versa. He is also known as a highly experienced advisor in the Spanish language-US Hispanic market, helping general market advertisers better understand and leverage the revenue potential of this market. Tom was born and raised in California and currently splits his time between Los Angeles and Mammoth Lakes, CA. He is a competitive cyclist and hockey player and also enjoys alpine and cross country skiing, ocean kayaking and generally being active outside. He is a father of four adult children and has two rescue dogs as well that provide regular comedy relief. He also enjoys taking in live music of all types whenever possible in his free time.

Jesus Alfonso Rogero Mendez

IT Director

Being a pioneer of the call center industry here in Mexico, Jesus comes with experience of over 20 years. He helped settle one of the first call centers in Hermosillo. Jesus was a very important key in the beginning stages of ListenTrust, getting everything organized and ready for our first ever PCI compliance.

He is a big key factor in keeping our company safe and running and we are happy to call him part of ListenTrust. Jesus is a father of 4 and now a grandfather to a beautiful baby girl named Barbara. He enjoys quality time with his family, making music with his children is one of his favorite things to do.

Abraham Rodriguez

Director of Finance

Being a pioneer of the call center industry here in Mexico, Jesus comes with experience of over 20 years. He helped settle one of the first call centers in Hermosillo. Jesus was a very important key in the beginning stages of ListenTrust, getting everything organized and ready for our first ever PCI compliance.

Leading by example, he was able to develop his employees into leaders themselves, whom have also helped in the company’s growth. Abe was born and raised in the Sonoran Desert and started working in the call center business in 2003 as an agent.

His discipline and perseverance later caused him to become one of our most respected role-models at ListenTrust. His knowledge and cleverness create a unique and innovative way of performing the tasks needed to get the job done as well. His study of systems engineering and different certifications help him and his team to exceed expectations every day.

Abe is also the one behind the scenes in our annual Telethons, assuring that everything is done correctly and that every department involved has the information and tools they need to make it a successful event.

Abe has a loving wife Xareny, who is dedicated to their two children Anna Ximena and Carlos Gael. In his free time, Abe loves to travel with his family and devote himself to his children. He is one of the most admired leaders in the company, due to his selflessness, kindness and respect towards others. He is a key part of the company and all-around a great pleasant co-worker.

Chris Handley

Staff Accountant

Chris was one of original owners of Listen Up Espanol prior to the company rebranding to ListenTrust. He started with Client Integration, this role expandeing to managing client relationships and vendor management. Chris also performs financial analysis for pricing and client profitability.

Chris has fulfilled assignments and multiple roles within the company throughout the years and his skills include software development, project and program management. He has had his hand in all aspects of the company and is a great resource to everybody.

Chris is a Maine native happily married to his wife Blessing for 11 years. Together they have 3 kids aged 10, 8, and 7. When not playing sports and enjoying various school activities, they enjoy visiting as many Maine lighthouses, forts, waterfalls and scenic hikes as Vacationland has to offer.

Rigoberto Daniel Huerta Madrigal

Director of Sales Support

Rigoberto simply known as Rigo, has been with ListenTrust since 2018. Starting his career path as an agent in our Bosleycampaign. He comes with experience of over 11 years in the call center industry, taking roles as: Agent, QA, supervisor and handling a management position. And now as an operations Manager where he oversees our different customer service campaigns. On his free time Rigo enjoys listening to music, playing video games, and spending time with his friends and family.

Sally Chavez

Director of Customer Care

Sally is a leader with the know-how to prioritize resources and make wise decisions. She is our Director of Quality Assurance and Training at Listen Trust, with a successful track record for leading QA and Training Departments transformations, diving business growth and creating high-impact teams.

Throughout her career as a strong professional with a degree on International Business from Universidad Kino, Sally has been an exceptional leader and vital contributor to operations, culture, recruitment, training and QA departments. Her core competencies include working collaboratively with the talented people at ListenTrust to solve problems, always aiming towards a solution using data, logic and judgement to maintain high quality standards when it comes to innovation and development.

Sally is a jack of all trades and a well known athlete with a long curriculum in sports, leading her to travel all over the Mexican Republic and many countries around the globe. A strong female role model, she belonged to the national field hockey team representing her country. She currently resides in Hermosillo along with her caring husband José Antonio, whom she has been married to for 3 years. As a couple they enjoy traveling to different beaches together, discovering new gastronomic delights.

Jason Ingram

Director of Client Services

Being in the call center industry for over 25 years, Jason has done every job in the operations area from call center agent, quality assurance and trainer to supervisor. He started right out of high school while attending the University of Nebraska/Omaha working on his Business Management degree.

Jason started at Listen Trust as an Account Executive in December of 2018. We could not be happier that he joined our team. His knowledge from the past 25 years definitely adds value and vision to what Listen Trust already offers our clients. Watch for Jason to throw you a funny joke, a great idea, sing you a song or just a nice smile as he holds all the core values we at Listen Trust follow. His assistant may say hi when on the phone. She is an 8 year old Pitbull/Lab who sits on the chair next to him every day. You may also hear her snoring as she is getting a little older.

Enrique Paredes

Account Executive

Enrique has been a member of the ListenTrust Family since 2008, with experience in the industry since 2001. He started at ListenTrust with the big ramp up of the Instyler US Hispanic campaign, which remains one of the largest campaigns to have run with Spanish language media in the U.S.

Since then, he has been a bright talent, improving and growing in every position he has worked, starting as an agent, quickly becoming a team supervisor, trainer, QA and now an Account executive for over seven years. In his previous DR experience, he also did outbound and also did sales knocking door to door.

For ListenTrust he also worked on a special project for a client that needed to reduce a very high chargeback rate and exceeded the client’s expectation making a great improvement in just two months.

With a long background in clubs and memberships, time brought him closer and closer to the charity world, being our current expert on this type of program, always with the sales expertise and results mindset.

Born and raised in Hermosillo, he is a Robotic Engineer and he is passionate about reading and writing, also plays the drums and is a big fan of traveling, baseball and live music. He shares his time with his three rescued dogs; Alaska (Labrador), Zamorita (Pitbull) and Dogo (Dachshund) and travels every time he can to watch a Dodgers ball game, watch a good rock concert or get to know a new corner of the world.

Soledad Cota

Facilities Purchasing Manager

Soledad Cota has been the smile and welcoming feeling representing our company since the early beginnings of ListenTrust. Her role in our company has matured from HR Assistant back in 2006 to now being fully in charge of our facilities 100% as Facilities and Purchasing Manager.

Her reponsibilities in the company include Tech Maintenance, security and cleaning staff, budget planning and control, coordination of internal events, and building strategic relationships with suppliers and business partners.

Soledad is in love with her family which is made up of her daughter Paula and her husband Angel. She has been practicing yoga for 10 years and along the way she became a certified yoga instructor.

Edith Meráz

Recruitment Manager

Edith is a professional who recently joined our team, bringing 6 years of expertise to our recruiting department. Her studies and commitment have helped her become an expert in hiring qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs, whilst building our recruitment team.

So far recruiting Spanish, English and French staff in the contact center industry in Mexico. Edith’s excellent analytical and organizational skills are innovating the way we recruit in the company.

Over the years she has been dedicated to her personal and professional life, enjoying her free time with family and friends going to the movies and traveling.

Diana Kline

Account Executive

Diana comes to ListenTrust with over 20 years experience in the contact center space managing agent and IVR solutions for a vast array of Fortune 500 clients. She enjoys working with her clients and contributing to the success of their campaigns. Diana has worked in past positions of agent, QA and Account Executive. She was born and raised in Omaha, NE and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a BSBA in Business and Marketing. Diana is married to her husband Doug and they have two sons; Sam and Max who both attend the University of Nebraska Lincoln (Go Big Red!). This fall 2020, Sam is a senior and Max is a freshman. Sam is determining where he will attend dental school upon graduation and Max is enrolled in the College of Computer Science and Engineering.   When Diana isn’t working, she loves helping rescue foundations. The family is currently on their 2nd rescue dog named Penny, who is an English Pointer. Diana is an avid reader and delves into anything non-fiction. She enjoys driving her family crazy with her Cliff Clavin ‘’important stuff you might not know and probably don’t need to” facts. She is also involved with the Scleroderma foundation and was actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America until both her sons each reached the rank of Eagle Scout.

Danielle Ebaugh

Account Executive

Danielle started in Direct Response after answering a classified ad for a position as an Account Representative working with Suzanne Somers, Richard Simmons and Tony Robbins. That ad launched a fast paced, exciting, and very memorable career consulting with Celebrities, Guinness Book of World Record Holders, Gold Medal Athletes, companies new to the industry and industry giants!

Danielle is repeatedly described as ready to take on any challenge; a fast learner who takes the time to investigate the entire project in depth. She is genuinely passionate, extraordinarily articulate, and tough as nails when required to get the job done right and on time. Danielle truly drives every aspect of a program like none other. She can build executive relationships, lead cross-functional teams, optimize marketing strategy, review technical specs, and comprehensively document every line item to ensure flawless execution. She has also volunteered to organize company parties for several years in a row, once even coordinating a marriage proposal in the middle of the party!

When she isn’t working on her client’s goals; she volunteers for her son’s soccer team, on her community HOA, and at the local elementary school teaching art. Danielle has been married for 25 years and has 2 daughters and a son! She loves to shoot darts, play pool, swim, hike, tend to her roses and play with her two dogs.

Jasmine Bhaduri

Account Executive
Jasmine joined our team in February 2025, bringing over eight years of experience in direct response and call center management. Her previous roles as a QA Analyst, Implementation Consultant, and Business Analyst have shaped her well-rounded expertise and led her to excel in her current role as an Account Executive. With strong project management skills and a warm, outgoing personality, Jasmine has built lasting client relationships rooted in trust and measurable growth.
A proud Texan, Jasmine was born and raised in Dallas, where she still resides. Outside of work, she enjoys nurturing her plants, catching the latest movies, tackling DIY projects, staying active, and spending time with friends and family. A passionate animal lover, she has even run her own dog training program. She currently shares her home with four dogs and one cat.

Sandra Guadalupe Aguilar Luna

Account Executive Associate

Sandra started working with ListenTrust in March 2018 as an Analyst with our Professional Services team. She demonstrates daily that with great determination and dedication the goals we set for ourselves can be met. Which is why she is proudly promoted to Associate Account Executive.

Sandra, (Sandy) moved into Sonora in 2007 and before getting into the call center environment was a middle school and English teacher. She started as an agent in 2009 took and has been in the industry since.

She is very passionate about helping others and about healthy cooking. She loves to read and landscape painting with impressionist techniques.

Sandy is happily married with 2 beautiful daughters. Sandy believes in teamwork and enjoys constantly learning from others and self-development as well as helping others realize their great potential and their own unique talents.

Karla Judith Villareal Alvarado

Account Executive Associate

Karla joined our ListenTrust back in 2017 starting her career path as an outbound agent, then being promoted to Quality Analyst where she helped develop agents helping and guiding them to fully comply with their quality goals.

Now as an Account Executive Associate, Karla helps us in the launching of new campaigns making sure the client-company interaction is as smooth and transparent as possible. She studied Law the university of Sonora. Her hobbies include reading novels, crocheting and pottery.

Craig Handley

Co-Founder

An expert in Hispanic Marketing, Direct Response Marketing, and Sales and Brand expansion, Handley is the CEO and founder of the hugely successful Listen Up Espanol, which was named #1 in Business Products and Service (#27 overall) on Inc. Magazines 500/5000 list.

Handley’s businesses employ over 1,000 employees and have cumulatively done over 500 million in sales within the last five years to Hispanics in the USA.

He started his professional career as a paperboy, winning a contest to go to Disney for most new subscribers at the age of 13, he followed up with 3 years of door-to-door insurance sales, where he again won the companies highest award 8 times. He worked in a call center in telephone sales and again was one of 3 employees (Out of 950) selling over a million dollars a year in product. A respected advisor for hundreds of brands, products, and services in almost every category, he has also contributed articles and been interviewed for leading marketing and business magazines, blogs and podcasts and has spoken at conferences, company retreats, seminars, and private masterminds.

He served five years in the U.S. Army infantry during the first Iraqi war, leaving with an honorable discharge. Handley studied voice and piano in college. He has written and produced hundreds of songs, from rap to pop to ballads to humorous parodies, and even opened for Coolio and hosted the Adult Entertainment Awards. In 2010 he turned down a record deal because it would have been “a pay cut” from his profitable businesses – and the required tour schedule didn’t leave him enough time for his kids. A devoted family man, he danced his way into his wife’s heart with his “running man” and his practiced rendition of “the worm” and is also the father of five and a boy named Josh. He believes that with faith and a little courage, anything is possible.

Tony Ricciardi

Co-Founder

Tony Ricciardi, Co-Founder & Partner, is an entrepreneur at heart who loves to look for problems, then build out winning solutions and successful companies around them. After cutting his teeth in corporate sales and management with MCI Telecommunications, he has been a driving force in multiple direct response and online ventures over the past decade. Most recently, he oversaw the expansion of ListenTrust – now at 500 seats and 800+ agents. As President and Founding Partner of ListenTrust, Tony focuses on new business development and strategic alliances.
