As a socially responsible company, we are proud to have partnered with “Va por Ellos” as sponsors. Our collaboration supports their efforts to provide educational support, food, clothing, and housing to economically disadvantaged individuals in the outskirts of Hermosillo, Sonora. We had the honor of inviting our staff to participate in the fifth edition of the “Va por Ellos” Run. The event took place on Sunday, January 22, in Altozano, where we contributed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most. We are gratified to be part of this valuable initiative and look forward to continuing to collaborate to make a positive impact in our community.

We celebrated Three Kings’ Day as usual by sharing the traditional “rosca de reyes” with all our staff. It’s a special occasion where we enjoy this delicious tradition together.

All staff were invited to proudly wear their favorite NFL team’s jersey. Additionally, we streamed the thrilling Super Bowl LVII on screens throughout our facilities, providing everyone the opportunity to enjoy the game together. It was a fantastic sports experience that united our community in fun and camaraderie

To commemorate February 14th, we invited everyone to join the festive spirit by wearing attire in shades of red, pink, and/or white to work. Additionally, as a gesture of appreciation to our team, we distributed heart-shaped lollipops to enjoy throughout the day. It was a lovely way to celebrate love and friendship among us!

With the aim of fostering sportsmanship, we registered a ListenTrust men’s team in the BLD Slowpitch league. This initiative not only promotes physical activity among our employees but also strengthens camaraderie and cooperation within our organization, proud to represent ListenTrust on the field.

To commemorate this special day, we had the honor of presenting a rose to each woman on the ListenTrust team. It’s our way of recognizing and appreciating their invaluable contribution, as well as acknowledging their strength, dedication, and talent that enrich our company day by day.

At ListenTrust, we joined the celebration of this festivity by wearing the iconic colors of the occasion: green, and more green! Additionally, to add a sweet touch to the celebration, we distributed chocolate coins to everyone. It was a fun and delicious way to embrace the tradition!

To commemorate 17 years of hard work and dedication at ListenTrust, we celebrated with a party on March 31st at Hacienda Rubí. It was an evening filled with gratitude, camaraderie, and special moments shared among all team members. It was an honor to celebrate this important milestone together!

With the aim of fostering sportsmanship, we registered a ListenTrust men’s team in the BLD Slowpitch league. This initiative not only promotes physical activity among our employees but also strengthens camaraderie and cooperation within our organization, proud to represent ListenTrust on the field.

We organized a special activity where employees were invited to participate with their children in a fun role-playing scene recreation. The winner of this exciting experience received a Neon Red/Blue Nintendo Switch as a prize. Our goal is to promote unity and fun in our work community.

A workshop was held to provide people with tools to understand the risks associated with drug use and how to prevent addiction. Participants explored different types of substances, their physical and mental effects, and how to recognize signs of substance abuse. The workshop also provided a space to discuss effective prevention strategies, including the importance of education on the subject, promoting open and honest communication in the family and social environment, and the need to seek professional help if addiction is suspected. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen knowledge and awareness on this important topic.

To honor and celebrate all mothers at ListenTrust, we organized a special party at Tabachines Event Garden. The evening was filled with joy with music, delicious food, and beverages. We also enjoyed moments full of fun and laughter with the “100 Mexicanos Dijeron” activity. It was a memorable occasion to share and express our appreciation for all moms for their unwavering love and dedication.

With the aim of promoting sports and strengthening camaraderie, we organized an exciting internal mixed basketball tournament. Several teams participated in this event held at the Héctor Espino sports complex. The winning team was awarded with first-place medals and a special prize for a barbecue. Additionally, medals were awarded to the second-place team. These activities not only promote physical activity among our staff but also strengthen camaraderie and teamwork within our company. It was a fun and enriching sports experience for everyone!

To maintain a lively atmosphere and encourage sportsmanship, we invited staff to come to work wearing their favorite team jersey. As a sweet gesture of appreciation, each team member received a refreshing ice pop. It was a refreshing and fun way to enjoy the day while showing our love for sports!

To honor all fathers at ListenTrust, we organized a party at LYM GARDEN. It was a celebration filled with good music, delicious food, and drinks. It was a special moment to recognize and thank all fathers for their dedication and unconditional love.

With the aim of further strengthening camaraderie, we invited staff to dress up like their best friend at work. Those who participated in this fun activity received a Godínez donut as a small token of appreciation. It was a lovely way to promote camaraderie and teamwork in our work environment.

To all RAF community members who referred someone this month, we’re gifting them some veggie chips. We also invited agents to paint their handprints on the recruitment windows.

With the aim of promoting participation among all staff and enriching our variety of activities, we organized the first internal chess tournament. Regardless of experience level in this ancient game, the top three places were awarded with special recognition and an Amazon gift card. This initiative not only fostered interest in chess but also strengthened a sense of community and healthy competition within our team. It was an exciting and enriching event for everyone!

With the aim of maintaining a fun and relaxed atmosphere, we organized a themed day where staff were invited to come to work dressed in their most “cholo” attire. This initiative aimed to promote fun and have a pleasant day at work. As a recognition for those who participated in this dynamic, they were rewarded with a physiotherapy massage. It was an original and fun way to promote camaraderie and well-being in the workplace.

We invite the RAF community to spend a day watching movies in their free time with snacks to enjoy the movie.

As part of our commitment as a responsible company, we shared crucial information about Norm 035 with the entire ListenTrust team through one of our internal platforms. Additionally, we invited them to participate in a questionnaire designed to assess the usefulness of the provided information. It is essential for everyone to be aware of this regulation and understand its importance in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all.

Taking advantage of the warm weather in Hermosillo, we invited staff to come to work dressed in their beach attire. To keep us cool and enjoy the summer atmosphere, ice pops were handed out as refreshing treats. It was a refreshing and fun way to cope with the heat while maintaining an informal and pleasant atmosphere at work.

We had two activities. One was to bring popsicles to the entire RAF community as a thank you for growing this program. We also had a lucky day where community members could try their luck and win one of the prizes we had.

Celebrating our Mexican roots and traditions with pride, we invited staff to come to work dressed in their traditional Mexican outfits. It was a special day where our team enjoyed camaraderie and culture, accompanied by delicious tacos al pastor. It was a unique experience that strengthened our sense of identity and community at work!

As a responsible company, we extended a warm invitation to our valuable staff to participate in our voluntary blood donation campaigns, which took place on September 21st at our facilities. Each donor received a card that ensures the availability of one unit of blood or two units of platelets for themselves or a direct family member in case of emergency. This card is valid for 6 months and can be renewed by donating again. Your contribution can make a difference and save lives!

We decided to raffle off a 50” TV among all the people who referred a friend during the month of September.

In October, we launched an awareness campaign about breast cancer and the importance of regular check-ups.

All staff were invited to complete this questionnaire to assess their level of knowledge on these topics and better understand their importance in our society.

As part of our commitment as a responsible and concerned company for the well-being of our staff, we introduced a questionnaire aimed at evaluating our health and well-being.

We organized an informative talk on nutrition, providing important tips and information on how to maintain our health through proper nutrition.

On October 30th, we had the honor of receiving a visit from UNEME, accompanied by a team of expert professionals including doctors, a nutritionist, and a psychologist. They provided an informative stand on the importance of healthy eating, where glucose tests, BMI measurements, hypertension, and diabetes screenings were carried out. They also provided valuable information on the calories and sugars present in certain foods. It was an invaluable opportunity to learn about taking care of our health and well-being.

With the aim of maintaining a fun and positive work environment, we invited all staff to participate in teams to decorate their areas and celebrate Halloween in a unique way. This activity not only promoted camaraderie but also fueled creativity and teamwork. The winning team had the opportunity to enjoy a $10,000.00 prize as recognition for their effort and creativity.

As a responsible and committed company dedicated to the well-being of our staff, we introduced a questionnaire to assess the health status of our employees.

Our entire ListenTrust team was invited to join “Beating Together,” an exciting activity that took place on November 24th at 4:00 pm at the CRIT facilities. This challenge was a unique opportunity for Mexicans from all over to participate in an act of solidarity through dance, leaving an indelible mark on the country’s history. The goal was to dance together across Mexico, creating a heart so large it could be seen up to the sky. It was a moment full of emotion and unity, where each step contributed to being part of something truly significant.

To add a touch of fun and comfort, staff were encouraged to come to work wearing their most comfortable and fun pajamas. Additionally, mini donuts were distributed so that everyone could enjoy a pleasant day at work.

It was an unforgettable evening where our entire team enjoyed good music, delicious food, and drinks. Additionally, the traditional gift raffle was not missing, adding excitement and joy to the celebration. It was a special moment to share with colleagues and friends, creating memories that will last a long time.

To bid farewell to the year with joy and a touch of fun, staff were encouraged to come to work wearing their ugliest Christmas sweater. It was a festive and fun way to celebrate the season and create a festive atmosphere in the workplace.

To end the year on a good note, we held a raffle among the people who had the most referrals in the month and gifted them an Alexa speaker.

To celebrate the Christmas festivities and their traditional posadas, we organized the ListenTrust posada at Campestre Monsal. It was an unforgettable evening where our entire team enjoyed good music, delicious food, and drinks. Additionally, the traditional gift raffle was not missing, adding excitement and joy to the celebration. It was a special moment to share with colleagues and friends, creating memories that will last a long time.
